Hi, I’m Adam Rivers, husband, dad of two little ones, early riser, and someone who used to think meal prep was only for gym bros or influencers showing off perfectly portioned plates on Instagram.

But let me tell you something I learned the hard way:
Skipping meals, surviving on vending machine snacks, and calling black coffee “breakfast” doesn’t cut it.

I’m 38, and for a long time, I was stuck in that cycle. I’d hit the ground running every morning, work deadlines, school drop-offs, errands, nonstop motion and by 2 p.m., I was burnt out, foggy, and craving something real.

So I made a decision:
If I was going to keep up with my life, I needed to fuel it properly.
But I didn’t want meal prep that required 3 hours, 12 containers, and a spreadsheet.
I wanted simple, energizing, good tasting food, recipes I’d actually enjoy making and eating.

That’s where StackSipSnack.com was born.

I started experimenting in the kitchen.

I began developing a simple rhythm: protein-rich breakfasts, wholesome snacks, and refreshing, nutrient-packed drinks that kept me going throughout the day. No more skipping meals or reaching for processed junk. I found a way to fuel my body with food that felt good and fit into my lifestyle, without stress or perfection.

What I discovered was this:
You don’t need a meal plan to look perfect.
You just need meals that work, meals that fit your lifestyle, fuel your body, and taste like something you’d crave.
