A simple, no-bake treat perfect for making with kids. Layers of melted chocolate and crunchy pretzels create an irresistible sweet and salty snack. It's quick to make, requires minimal cleanup, and is great for gifting.

  • 16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips or vanilla almond bark
  • 4 cups mini pretzel twists, roughly broken
  • 1/2 cup festive sprinkles (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper, letting edges overhang.
  2. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips using a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour melted chocolate onto prepared pan and spread into an even layer.
  4. Immediately sprinkle broken pretzel pieces evenly over chocolate, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  6. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the pretzel layer.
  7. While wet, top with sprinkles and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until completely firm.
  9. Lift bark from pan using parchment and break into pieces by hand.

Notes

Ensure bowls and utensils are completely dry when melting chocolate to prevent seizing. For a dairy-free version, use vegan chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
