This is the ultimate crowd-pleasing dip, perfect for game day or any gathering. It features a creamy, tangy, and spicy blend of shredded chicken, Frank's RedHot sauce, cream cheese, and ranch, all baked until bubbly. Simple to make and always the first to disappear.

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, and Frank's RedHot sauce. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese, all of the Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly combined.
  4. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart baking dish. Smooth the top and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until edges are bubbling and top is golden in spots.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Top with sliced green onions and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps. The dip can be assembled a day ahead and refrigerated before baking. Let it rest after baking for optimal dipping consistency.
