A creamy and refreshing smoothie that balances sweet mango with tart strawberries, boosted with protein for a satisfying breakfast or post-workout drink. Ready in just five minutes, it feels like a tropical treat while keeping you full and energized.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 cup milk of your choice (dairy, almond, oat, or coconut)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed, optional

Instructions

  1. Add the milk to your blender first to help the blades move freely.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries and mango chunks on top of the milk.
  3. Add the protein powder last to prevent clumping.
  4. Blend on low speed, then increase to high. Blend for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding honey or maple syrup, then blend again.
  6. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately. Optionally top with chia seeds or fresh fruit.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk or Greek yogurt instead of regular milk. If using fresh fruit, add a handful of ice cubes. To make it dairy-free, use oat or coconut milk. For lower sugar, skip the honey or maple syrup.
