These strawberry chocolate covered pretzels are a delightful sweet and salty treat. They are simple to make with just three main ingredients and perfect for gifting or a special snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces white chocolate melting wafers or chips
  • 1 bag (10 ounces) mini twist pretzels
  • 2-3 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries
  • Optional: sprinkles, melted dark chocolate, crushed nuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Process freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder using a food processor, blender, or zip-top bag. Set aside.
  2. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. If using a microwave, heat in 20-second bursts at 50% power, stirring between each burst until smooth.
  3. Stir about two-thirds of the strawberry powder into the melted chocolate until fully incorporated and pink.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip each pretzel into the strawberry chocolate, let excess drip off, and place on the sheet.
  5. Immediately garnish with remaining strawberry powder or optional toppings before the chocolate sets.
  6. Allow pretzels to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until firm.

Notes

Ensure all tools are completely dry to prevent chocolate from seizing. Work in small batches to garnish while chocolate is wet. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
