- 4 submarine rolls (6-inch), split
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine chopped chicken, ranch dressing, dill, onion, celery, cheese, mustard, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Stir just until combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Add lemon juice or hot sauce for a flavor boost if desired.
- Split rolls lengthwise. Optional: Toast the insides to help prevent sogginess.
