Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup creamy almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, and sea salt.
  2. Add almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Add milk one tablespoon at a time, mixing until dough holds together.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Scoop and roll dough into 12 balls. If sticky, dampen hands slightly.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. For a nut-free version, use oat flour and sunflower seed butter.
