  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt (fine-ground)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/21 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
  • 812 oz warm filtered water
  • Optional: raw honey, a pinch of cayenne, or fresh grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Add the pink salt to warm water and stir until dissolved.
  2. Mix in lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Sip slowly on an empty stomach within 15–30 minutes of waking.
  4. Adjust taste by tweaking the ratios if needed.

Notes
