This No Bake Strawberry Yogurt Bark is a quick, healthy frozen treat made with Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and crunchy nuts. It is perfect for hot summer days and requires only 10 minutes of prep time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, letting it extend over the edges.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Evenly scatter sliced strawberries, chopped nuts, and chia seeds over the yogurt. Gently press them in with your fingers or a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt over the top.
  6. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or until completely solid.
  7. Lift the parchment paper off the baking sheet and break the bark into irregular pieces with your hands.
  8. Serve immediately or store in a freezer-safe container.

Notes

For dairy-free, use thick coconut or almond milk yogurt. For lower sugar, skip the honey. For extra protein, add a scoop of protein powder to the yogurt mixture. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
