- 4 large whole wheat tortillas or flatbreads
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach or romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Toss sliced chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let marinate 5 minutes while prepping vegetables.
- Cook the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through. Rest 2 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Warm the wraps: Heat tortillas or flatbreads in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
- Assemble the wraps: Spread 2–3 tablespoons of tzatziki down the center of each wrap. Add spinach, chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, feta, and olives.
- Roll and serve: Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Wrap in parchment or foil if needed for portability.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Swap in chickpeas or falafel for a vegetarian option. For meal prep, store components separately and assemble wraps as needed. Don’t overfill to keep wraps tidy and portable.
