Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tiny pinch fine sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh berries
  • 1 cup high-quality granola

Instructions

  1. Ensure all components are cold and dry. Pat washed berries with a paper towel.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. In serving glasses, start with a layer of the sweetened yogurt.
  4. Add a layer of fresh berries, then a layer of granola.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with granola and a few berries.
