  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie works great)
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce (Frank’s RedHot recommended)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat or white)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  2. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave to make pliable.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons ranch dressing in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Layer chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cheddar, and optional blue cheese.
  5. Fold in sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form wraps.
  6. Optional: Toast wrap in a skillet seam-side down for 1–2 minutes until golden.
