- 4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat or white)

- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave to make pliable.
- Spread 2 tablespoons ranch dressing in the center of each tortilla.
- Layer chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cheddar, and optional blue cheese.
- Fold in sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form wraps.
- Optional: Toast wrap in a skillet seam-side down for 1–2 minutes until golden.
