Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (smoked paprika adds wonderful depth)
  • 1/4 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place softened cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat with a hand mixer until fluffy and smooth.
  2. Add sour cream and mayonnaise, and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Fold in cheddar cheese and chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld (optional but recommended).
  6. Before serving, garnish with extra chives and a pinch of paprika. Serve with pretzels and enjoy!
