  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, and salt in a jar with tight-fitting lid
  2. Add milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt
  3. Stir vigorously until fully combined and no dry pockets remain
  4. Seal jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
  5. Stir before serving and add desired toppings

Notes

For best texture, use old-fashioned rolled oats rather than quick oats. Add fresh fruit and other toppings in the morning rather than before refrigerating. Can be made up to 5 days in advance.
