These Chicken Caesar Wraps are a fast, fresh, and satisfying solution for busy weeknights. Ready in just 15 minutes using rotisserie chicken, crisp romaine, Parmesan, and creamy Caesar dressing wrapped in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat optional)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/4 cup croutons, slightly crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1–2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. If not using rotisserie, cook and shred or dice chicken. Toss with lemon juice, pepper, and minced garlic if using.
  2. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave for flexibility.
  3. Lay tortilla flat. Spread 2 tbsp Caesar dressing in center. Layer 1/2 cup romaine, 1/2 cup chicken, Parmesan, and crushed croutons.
  4. Roll the wrap: fold sides in, then roll from the bottom, tucking as you go. Secure with foil or a toothpick.
  5. Serve immediately, or chill for later. Optionally toast in skillet for a warm wrap with a golden finish.

Notes

Swap Caesar dressing for a Greek yogurt version for a lighter wrap. Try grilled mushrooms or chickpeas for a vegetarian twist. Assemble just before eating to avoid sogginess.
