- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (from rotisserie chicken or leftover baked chicken)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing, plus more for serving
- 12 slider buns (such as Hawaiian rolls or potato rolls)
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- Optional: sliced pickles, blue cheese crumbles, or celery sticks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Slice the entire pack of slider buns in half horizontally (keeping them connected). Place the bottom half of the buns in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, then place the top half of the buns over the cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the top of the buns.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes before slicing into individual sliders.
