Description

These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleaser! Tender shredded chicken tossed in zesty buffalo sauce, topped with melted cheese, and baked to golden perfection in soft slider buns. Perfect for game day, parties, or a quick family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (from rotisserie chicken or leftover baked chicken)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing, plus more for serving
  • 12 slider buns (such as Hawaiian rolls or potato rolls)
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Optional: sliced pickles, blue cheese crumbles, or celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Slice the entire pack of slider buns in half horizontally (keeping them connected). Place the bottom half of the buns in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, then place the top half of the buns over the cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the top of the buns.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes before slicing into individual sliders.

Notes

Pro tip: Letting the sliders rest for a few minutes after baking helps them hold together better when serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month.
