A refreshing Brazilian Mounjaro Recipe made with butterfly pea tea, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice. Naturally supports energy, digestion, and cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 butterfly pea flower tea bag (or 1 tsp dried flowers)
  • 8 oz hot water
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or grated ginger
  • Ice (optional, if served cold)

Instructions

  1. Steep the butterfly pea flower tea in 8 oz of hot water for 3 to 5 minutes until deep blue.
  2. Let the tea cool to room temperature.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar and juice of ½ lemon.
  4. Stir gently and watch the color shift to vibrant purple.
  5. Serve over ice or as-is. Drink in the morning for best results.

Notes

Start with ½ tablespoon of vinegar if you're new to ACV. Use a straw to protect enamel. Store in fridge up to 2 days.
