A simple and effective morning drink made with apple cider vinegar and pink Himalayan salt to support hydration, digestion, and energy.

Ingredients

  • 810 oz warm filtered water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp raw honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the water slightly (not boiling).
  2. Stir in pink salt until fully dissolved.
  3. Add apple cider vinegar and optional lemon juice.
  4. Sweeten with honey if desired.
  5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.

Notes

Drink once daily. Avoid overuse. Rinse your mouth after to protect enamel. Consult your doctor if you have medical conditions.
