A simple and effective morning drink made with apple cider vinegar and pink Himalayan salt to support hydration, digestion, and energy.
Ingredients

- 8–10 oz warm filtered water
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1/2 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
- Warm the water slightly (not boiling).
- Stir in pink salt until fully dissolved.
- Add apple cider vinegar and optional lemon juice.
- Sweeten with honey if desired.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.
