Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings: sliced pepperoni, diced bell peppers, black olives, or cooked Italian sausage
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, beaten egg, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well incorporated.
- Spread cottage cheese mixture evenly into prepared baking dish.
