Ingredients

- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 8 oz warm filtered water
- Optional: pinch of cayenne, 1/2 tsp raw honey, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Warm your filtered water until it’s comfortably drinkable but not hot.
- In a glass, add 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt.
- Add lemon juice and stir well.
- Optional: add raw honey, ACV, or cayenne pepper.
- Drink immediately on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
Use unrefined pink salt only. For best results, drink this mixture every morning and pair it with mindful eating throughout the day.
