  • 1.5 to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Instructions

  1. Make the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and black pepper until well combined and slightly thickened.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
