Description

Fluffy, high-protein banana waffles made with Kodiak Cakes mix – perfect for busy mornings, meal prep, or a healthy brunch!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Mix
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 30–45 seconds.
  3. Let the batter sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  4. Preheat waffle maker and lightly grease if needed.
  5. Pour batter into the center and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with banana slices, nut butter, and chocolate chips.

Notes

For crispier waffles, cook an extra 1–2 minutes. You can freeze leftovers and reheat in a toaster or air fryer!
