Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
- 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
- Pour warm water into a mug.
- Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Stir gently.
- Add grated ginger and raw honey if using. Stir to combine.
- Let sit 2–3 minutes. Sip slowly on an empty stomach.
Notes
Optional: Add a dash of cinnamon or turmeric. Best consumed first thing in the morning before food.
