Description

This creamy Japanese Mounjaro drink smoothie adds fullness and clean fuel using green tea, banana, ginger, and protein. Perfect for mid-morning energy or a pre/post-workout boost without sugar crashes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup cold green tea (brewed and chilled)
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds, collagen powder, or MCT oil

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and sip cold.
