This creamy Japanese Mounjaro drink smoothie adds fullness and clean fuel using green tea, banana, ginger, and protein. Perfect for mid-morning energy or a pre/post-workout boost without sugar crashes.

- ½ cup cold green tea (brewed and chilled)
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds, collagen powder, or MCT oil
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and sip cold.
