Description

A refreshing cold version of the Japanese Mounjaro drink recipe — perfect for reducing bloat, hydrating, and providing clean energy in the afternoon without sugar or carbonation.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cold-brewed green tea (or strong tea, chilled)
  • Juice of ½ lemon or 1 tsp yuzu juice
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: mint leaves or cucumber slices

Instructions

  1. Combine cold tea, lemon juice, ginger, and pink salt in a tall glass.
  2. Stir thoroughly until salt is dissolved.
  3. Add ice and your choice of mint or cucumber slices.
  4. Drink slowly and enjoy the midday reset effect.

Notes

Great for warmer days or after meals. I pair this with my Pink Salt Trick routine for extra hydration. Try alternating with the natural Mounjaro smoothie recipe on non-coffee days for a complete fat-burning wellness stack.
