This simple Himalayan salt Pre-workout drink is a clean, natural way to boost hydration and endurance using just pink salt, honey, and water.


Ingredients

  • 810 oz warm water
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 12 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
