- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: ¼ cup diced bell peppers, 1 jalapeño (seeded and minced), 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, sour cream or Greek yogurt for serving
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula as it browns. Cook for 5-6 minutes until nearly cooked through.
