Description

Bring all the iconic flavors of the classic Big Mac into bite-sized sliders perfect for parties, game day, or family dinners. These easy sliders feature homemade Big Mac sauce, juicy beef patties, melty cheese, and tangy pickles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 works well for flavor)
  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls or slider buns
  • 12 slices American cheese (or cheddar if you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the beef by combining ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl. Divide into 12 equal portions and shape into small patties.
  2. Cook the patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  3. Make the homemade Big Mac sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
  4. Assemble the sliders by slicing the rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom half in baking dish, spread with Big Mac sauce, layer with cheese, cooked patties, pickles, onions, and remaining cheese. Drizzle with more sauce and add top buns.
  5. Bake covered with foil at 350°F for 10 minutes until cheese melts. Remove foil, brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake 2-3 more minutes until golden.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days. Freeze wrapped sliders for up to 1 month. Reheat in oven at 325°F for 10-12 minutes or microwave 30-60 seconds.
